A Wake in the Water!                               

Greetings friends and family,

I am happy to welcome  our male friends and family to our monthly newsletter 'A Wake in the Water'.  Earlier versions of this communication have been addressed as Women A-Wake.  The time has come for us to join our hearts in the best way that we know how. 

Brothers, I welcome you, from my heart to yours, and invite your input and responses to the information shared in this manner!

What Difference do I make?  For starters, we are considering what difference our presence makes on earth at this time.  Are we movers and shakers, policy makers?  Are we singers and dancers chanting for peace?  Are we artists and shamans effecting the consciousness of an entire planet?  From my perspective, regardless of what condition or occupation any one of us finds ourself in, we can have an absolutely positive effect on our world!  How can this be so?  Because there is ONLY love, and we are THAT. 

Although our behaviors and our thoughts may seem less than what we would ultimately like ourselves to be, I choose to acknowledge the Greater of our selves.  I invite you to ask yourself right now - strip away fear and judgements of yourself and all humans, strip away everything you've been taught, silence the thoughts in your head and dig deep into your being - what is the one undeniable truth that remains?   I t   i s   l o v e ! !

Cracking open, Cracking up!  I remind myself and others frequently to not be mislead by the incessant negative commentary that our hearts and minds are subjected to.  Our present time is an opportunity for each of us to dig deep, to crack the surface of misbelief and misguidance that has been taking place all around us for generations.  There is more than misinformation and conditioning in our cellular reality.  There is pure intelligence from Divine Source, pure love, and pure light.  This cannot be denied.

These times have a single purpose:  to promote the awakening of humanity from a journey of sleepwalking under the influence of many different agendas to a new reality born of a higher awareness.  Beyond our version of duality it is possible for a place of non-judgement to exist.  There are immutable laws by which we are governed.  Those laws have one common ingredient and that is Love.  We can make up any version of reality that we choose and love will always be its foundation.  

I speak these words not so they will be heard or agreed to, but because they must be spoken.  It is an elixir to my heart, the song of the Universe that flows through me.  An impetus of creative murmurings was carefully cultivated in me through love so that I would learn to allow my voice to utter them.  And it is so.  For this I am grateful.  And that makes a difference.  Aho!

The Importance of Gratitude.  The Gifting of Grace.
Remembering to ask for help.

When we sing praises, when we give love and gratitude to anyone or anything, our very thoughtfulness creates a field around that thing or that person, igniting their energy field with new possibility and potential for fulfillment. When we give loving praise and gratitude, we actually create a symphonic resonance that		carries the highest  expression of that being or that energy into perfect alignment with its manifestation. In this we can begin to understand how it is and why it is that our native ancestors sang songs to the day and to the rising sun. We can call nature into its perfect expression just by giving it love.
What there is for each of us to do is to learn to be at peace within our own being.  This may require cultivating great kindness and compassion.   Consider that every effort we make brings us closer to becoming that which we aspire to.  If we fall short of our intended goal in any moment, offer comfort to self, and intend to succeed another time.  I once received advice from a cedar tree telling me that what is required of each of us is to 'do what we can'.  It is a good time for releasing thoughts comparing ourselves to others, placing value judgments on this deed or that action.  Cultivate compassion for we are going through many changes at different intervals and intensities.  There are times when any one of us may need a kind word or gentle caress.   It is also a time to practice love made manifest through our intentions.  'Of myself I can do nothing. I  do not seek my own will but the will of the one who sent me'.   Grace comes when we remember to ask for help in creating the world we desire, and we celebrate and give gratitude for what we love and enjoy.

Find ecstasy within yourself. It is not out there.
It is in your innermost flowering.
The one you are looking for is you.
You are the traveler and you are the destination.

The Cardinal Grand Cross opening to the 10-10-10 Planetary Change

We have just come through one of the most intense astrological events in current times.  Did you notice?  The Cardinal Grand Cross reached its apex on August 4 - 7 making way for a new way of being by breaking through old patterns and structures.  We are universally being supported to let-go-of behaviors, beliefs, jobs, ways of being, thoughts and relationships that do not serve us in awakening to heart-centered experience.  The harder we hold on, perhaps the harder we will fall.  But one thing is for sure, a great wind of change is upon us and nothing that is not integral to our greater purpose will remain standing.  It is, in fact, a really good time to toss what you don't want into this great wind to be carried away effortlessly!!  Go ahead ... just let it go!  Intend, ask for help, give gratitude, and it will be so.
